How to fix anxiety?  Not get anxious?

    It sort of depends on who you are, what gives you anxiety, and how bad your anxiety is. Your best bet would be to go to a therapist and get professional help. In the meantime, you can try to either distract yourself with other things or look up how to deep breath and practice that whenever you feel anxious.
