It varies by state, but in Georgia it would be Contempt of Court and/or a misdemeanor with up to 12 months in jail and a $1000 fine. Can also be considered "stalking" or "aggravated stalking" and can be sentenced as either a misdemeanor or a felony. Aggravated stalking is a felony and can be imprisonment for a  minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 10 years and fine maximum of $10,000
