GOP loses in Supreme Court, Again! Pennsylvania mail in ballots deemed elegable if received up to 3 days after election ?

Why does the GOP lose so often in the Supreme Court?

Are they getting their legal advice from Rudi Giuliani? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/oct/20/us...

Update:

@Uncle Pennybags or it could be that experienced Judges make decisions based on law and another Conservative Judge will make no difference if they actually care about their reputation and legacy?

    That's why they're rushing Coney-Barrett's confirmation vote!

Why have an election date at all then?

Once again proving that Justice Roberts is not a Conservative, but is in fact a moderate swing vote as I've been saying all along.

Right now, we have a 4 Conservative, 3 Liberal, and 1 moderate swing vote Court.

This is why we need ACB to be confirmed to finally make this a real Conservative court once and for all.
