Can I use music for free on a website?

I have been asked to make a promotional video for a small, local business. The client has asked that I include music, and the video will be used as their website header.

Can I use music from say Youtube Audio Library / Facebook creative studio for this project? Can i use music for free without crediting artists?

To be frank I'm a bit clueless on this one, any help is much-appreciated, thanks.

You can use no copywritten music for any public performance without paying a fee or getting written permission.  Now if you are asking if anyone would question its use, that's a different story.  It's like speeding.  Everyone does it but only one gets caught

Well u need "permission" to use the music, or credit the music maker, its too much nonsense.
