I saw a photo of the subpoena demanding the repair shop turn over the laptop, but the subpoena didn't identify the government agency. 

Does the FBI have it?  

Is it part of a corruption investigation?

It is part of a desperate disinformation campaign.  Biden left LA to take a laptop (3 laptops) to a Delaware repair shop then flew back to LA because they don't repair laptops in LA.
