What does effectively immediately mean when it came to my termination?

In one of my previous employers I made an online post stating reasons why I should be sacked that lead to my dismissal because of the reasons and mentioning the company name.

I did this to myself because I was being bullied by someone who got reported to management and had been told I reported him, despite me being used as a scapegoat.

Update:

I was actually a hard worker who did nothing wrong before I paired such thing online to the head office.

"Effectively immediately" is not a phrase.

I do notice that no two questions you post have the same info.  Do you have a very short memory or is there some other issue?

It means this is the 47th time you have posted this exact same thing?   Is it your job to troll Yahoo?

Right away, not later.  It means go home, no two weeks notice, today's your last day.
