that would be a 'war' just some target practice before breakfast.  China has pissed-out EVERYONE of it's neighbors, and everyone of them would love to take a bite out of it's backside while it isn't looking ......................

They are preparing, but they do not actively wanting it. The Chinese probably also don't. A war between these two nations means a lot of trouble, more for China than the US, but it's also so much dependent on what other countries do. The US has a lot of allies in the region, will they all assist? What will the European Union do? NATO is only for 'defense' purpose, although the Gulf War proved other wise. And then Russia, which is difficult to predict. Russia is not that fond of China either, especially not after China's claim of Vladivostok. Don't provoke the Bear, even if you are a Dragon. So, is the US preparing, the answer is yes, just because China is provoking and harassing allies of the US.

No. That is ridiculous. The USA could never defeat China., and I don't think NATO allies want to go to war with China. By the way, the USA have never won a war without allies.

Interesting, but the thing is that one is truly on of your superpowers of government? In a war, nobody truly wins, but things may get ugly?

The US is far more warlike than China is.  I think the US is far more likely to attach post-Communist China than vice versa.

China is ACTIVELY AT WAR with the rest of the planet. They fight primarily in cyberspace.

well its more of a brinkmanship game .. China wants to expand its territory and claim or reclaim areas they consider part of china .. The US is kindof a hindrance to those plans, as well as globalist plans to for an 'american union' .. with the current conservative right leaning administration tensions will be brought to a point and will remain there with the US having the stance theyre going to resist China expanding and China having the attitude theyre going to push the limits .. but actual war .. theres no winning that for either party .. i guess there is a danger though if the US is sidetracked by a weaker administration that allows china to gain a secure tacticle advantage while at the same time having a resistive stance .. China may go for it and try to make a sweeping neutralization of the US ..

I sure hope so, but trump is a huge part of the reason, and he's worthless.  Hopefully, trump will be just a bad memory soon and the world can begin to recover.
