What are heavy iron isotopes and are they bad?

I heard that the earth's core is leaking heavy iron isotopes. Given that it's 2020 and this whole year has been one disaster after another, I have to assume this is bad. But how? Should I be worried, or is this like the meth gators and won't affect me? (I don't live where alligators and crocodiles live)

Iron-atoms with more protons in the core than average iron-atoms

They are not very bad, but they do fall apart releasing radiation, and very fast. Iron-60 has a halflife of millions of years, but the heavier isotopes have halflives of way less than a second
