No offense to the Bible, but as an American, the Constitution is more important mostly because it affects all people of any religion or lack thereof.

Both are important. The Bible provided a framework for Western law and society. The United States built upon this with creating the US Constitution for the bedrock of American law, rights and liberty. The Constitution, took some aspects of law too much tried to Christian belief out while giving great reverence to protecting personal religious liberties.

--  Both are equally important, and the US constitution is based on many of the laws called upon in the Bible.

--  The US constitution is the document that has the most say in the laws that are important in running of the US, and therefore is slightly ahead of the Bible.

--  All three "Bibles", the Christian Bible, the Jewish Torah and the Muslim Koran, all are based on the same tenets and  origins.

The Bible gives us the life-saving truth, and yet do not belittle the Constitution, for take that away, and the safeguards that the people have against wicked leaders is removed. Have you ever watched any dystopian movies? Try Equilibrium... though any totalitarian dystopia will do, and they all turn truth seeking into an act of sedition. You will always be led by a government cult, that forces people to bow to the brainwashing of their lies and propaganda (think North Korea). If you want to be truly free-thinking, or do not want to be persecuted by people in power for not agreeing with their foolishness.... see fit to retain the US Constitution. Do you like freedom of speech? Freedom of the press?  The only people who hate such things are the enemies of the truth. Of course the US Constitution has no power if not supported. Even though its laws are indefeasible and inalienable, both to the government and to the people, that doesn't mean that it has not been breached by both the government and the people. Do we have the right to life? What about babies in the womb? They are alive, and they are human. Though the US Constitution can fail, God will back up and support His words, and everyone will be judged by them, come judgment day. God's laws will outlast the US Constitution.

And understand that though the US Constitution grants people the right of interpretation when it comes to the religion of their choice, God's laws do not allow for idolatry, and the distortion of His Truth. Judeo-Christian law is a Covenant of faithfulness between God and His people, and loyalty is required. The US Constitution is important because we live in a world where evil people can gain positions of power, and the whole premise behind the creation of the Constitution was to protect people from abuses and totalitarianism. I often wondered why the Jews were so compliant, when they were taken aboard trains to their death camps, and then I found out that they were disarmed. Now, they were left in the hands of the merciless and the cruel, suffering fates much worse than a quick death.

Parts of the Bible is more important:  THE WHEAT AND THE TARES ARE THERE TOGETHER; Only a true SERVANT can distinguish the difference. However, God's Word is more prevalent in the Bible than any other scripture.

Jesus instructed His Apostles to teach only what He Himself taught for 3.5 years while on earth: The Gospels of Mark(except 16:9-20) and Matthew. Genesis is good background.
