In Interracial Homicide 15% are Perpetrated by Congoids upon Europids & 7% are Perpetrated by Caucasians upon Congoids. In Intra-racial (same race) Homicide among Congoids is 89% & 82% among Caucasian (Europids, Arabs, Hebrews, Bedouins, Afghans, Turks, Persian), includes Mestizos in the mix. US law enforcement takes a lot of abuse, harassment, & assassination for being very soft & lenient to law breakers (only in America) attracting criminals across the world. Actually your figures are a bit off. "Persons of color" make up about 13% of the population and commit around 90% of all crimes but otherwise you are correct. Another interesting fact is those figures are VERY close to being accurate about support for defunding, downsizing or deleting the local LEO'S!!!

What amazes me is they can't understand the simple logic of: As a demographic If you want less interaction with LEO's you simply have to commit less crimes and THIS is why the LEO's concentrate they're attention on "persons of color"! If the incident report states "A white male committed the crime" they do NOT go looking for a BLACK FEMALE or male they look at white males. 

So when blacks of either sex quit committing the majority of crimes then the LEO's swill stop targeting them!!!! Also just as importantly virtually EVERYBODY will benefit from the lower cost of goods NOT being stolen, lower taxes to pay for they're incarceration AND less interaction with LEO's! The ONLY group that would suffer from it would be the LEO'S from GREATLY reduced need for them!!!

After speaking with a former policemen (I will not disclose his name) he use to target poor areas because he said they were easier targets to arrest people.  He also said they have to make arrests in order to advance.
