Little White Bugs?

MEDICAL HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wiped 2day and found tiny Tiny white bugs ON THE TP .I have some irritation down there. Any advice ? #GodBless

Id say pin worms and you need to be treated and so does your family.

Do they look like worms and does it itch? It could be pin worm or pubic lice.
