You tell me. I don't know how you spend your day.

Honestly, if you brush your teeth twice in a day, you are doing better than most people.

And it is worth doing. Believe me, you don't want to have to go through root canal work. It is expensive as hell.

Brush in the morning, and brush after dinner. And if you get a sore tooth, get it seen to at a dentist right away, knock that problem on the head before it becomes a root canal.

2 minutes of your day. 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. Brush your teeth. Get an electric toothbrush, they're really good. You will be glad that you did.

You can brush them every ten minutes and no one has to know.

Fill your boots if you fancy brushing more than twice a day but please try to avoid abrasive toothpastes.

    Continual,brushing thins the enamel.

Because you might wear off the enamel probably.
