Would it be ideal to do only dead lifts, bench press, and bicep curls for like 3 months and the switch to doing only squats for 3 months ?
I find it too difficult to do all these workouts throughout the week

No it would not be ideal at all. You are neglecting more than half of your body.
All you are doing is creating a imbalance and the longer you keep doing the harder it is to correct later.
BTW the triceps are way larger than biceps so if you want arm size and power try working the triceps. Since you are just way messed up on routine.
