Is Joe Burrow the worst rookie quarterback in NFL history? He is incapable of even winning ONE game?

Um, he's actually playing extremely well given the predicament he was placed in. Quite impressive tbh. He has a very bright future ahead of him.

No. His rookie season isn't over with. You can't say he's "incapable of even winning ONE game". He has 13 more tries.
Also, Carson Palmer didn't win a single game his rookie season and he turned out fine.

I thought he looked pretty good.
QBs don't win games. Teams do.

He's going to be very good. The Bengals need better players around him.

No, he's not the worst rookie quarterback in NFL history. He's doing pretty well considering the lack of protection he's getting on pass plays. 14 sacks in 3 games is a lot, and so far he's only thrown one interception, and has 5 touchdown passes.

It’s just 3 games. He unfortunately got drafted by a team that doesn’t know what it wants to do. It’s near impossible for any teams to succeed if they have to learn a new playbook every few years. It could be worse. He could have been drafted by the lions.
Troy Aikman had an 0-11 record in his rookie year. His backup wasn’t that much better going 1-4.

When Peyton Manning was a rookie, the Colts lost the first four games he started.
On the other hand the Jets won the first three games started by Mark Sanchez.
In other words, it is too early to tell.

You obviously don't know anything about football.
