Can you fast as a athlete? ?

I’m on a dance team and I am 5’4 and Weight 152 . 

I’m trying to get down the 110 in 2 months my plan was to eat under 400 cals a day to see results I just wanna make sure it’s safe before I start ! And would I be able to lose it ?

    Completely not safe. That is essentially starvation and you body shifts is to starvation mode preserving all it can. You risk electrolyte problems and others health loss is a few pounds a week. You could have heart problems weakness fainting etc. the dancing will help you loose healthy

    It's not  safe. After a week your body will likely cut back on your energy levels to protect itself from starvation. If you try to work out much you might get dizzy or even pass out.

    Better to get on something like a keto diet  like the cabbage soup diet.There are lots around. Not sustainable long term though.
