Honda CR-V 2011 AC / Heating Switch blows AC or outside air only?

My CR-V stopped blowing hot air. I checked the switch on dashboard looks ok but it doesn't turn the actuator. Is there anyway to test if Actuator is bad or it doesn't get any power due to fuse or relays etc.?

Can anyone please help?

Thank you in advance

The first thing you need to do is take the radiator cap off and run the motor for 15 minutes to make sure there isn't an air pocket in the heater core. If the cooling system is full of coolant you then watch a youtube video showing you how to change the blend door actuator.
