Catherine: my favorite but both work well
Courtney: because I like nickname court
Katerina: beautiful name.
Chloe: just looks better
Catalina: I like Cat as a nickname
Kaitlyn: I love it with a K! But I like Kaitlin
Kristina: I like Kristy as a nickname Cristina would be better as Christina that’s how my aunt spells it
Karla: I just like how it looks better
Carolina : the other doesn’t look right
Clara : one of my favorite names

Catherine or with K, both are good. Ditto Caterina, or with K.
Kourtney looks silly. Note that in Britain I know Courtney mostly as a male name. Famous sportsmen and musicians.
Khloe might look Greek, but also tends to look silly.
Really, the only one with K that I like is Klara, but even then Clara looks softer. Perhaps K looks to forceful for a girl.

As someone who was named with a "K" as a less common spelling for a name that usually starts with a "C", use the C ones. It may look cool at first, but it gets misspelled all the time.
