Why is Trump saying he won't commit to a peaceful transition when, not if, he loses?


@Jeffrey--Oh, Ivan, why do you bother?  Yes, he is saying that.

Reporter: “Mr. President, real quickly, win, lose or draw in this election, will you commit here today for a peaceful transferral of power after the election?”

Trump: “Well, we’re going to have to see what happens, you know that. I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots, and the ballots are a disaster... there won’t be a transfer, frankly, there will be a continuation. The ballots are out of control.”

     He isn't saying that.

    Trump doesn't admit to defeat and not does he respect the Laws of our country as he believes they don't apply to him .
