    Good for mental health, good for burning any calories from day before, nobody really about too early so you can just be with yourself and your thoughts, wakes you up and lastly makes you just all round feel good

    Odd that you'd want to know 5 specific benefits. Walking, any time of day, is good for your health because being active is good for your health. Keeps the blood flowing, works the heart/lungs (more than being sedentary), and exercise can be beneficial for mental health as well.

    stretches your muscles, expands your lungs, regulates your heart,  improves your skin,  improves your posture
