Feeling sleepy after waking up earlier, any way to build the habit of waking up early?
I used to sleep for 6 hrs, and I have to wake up early during exam times to study, as there is less time during class tests. So, I generally wake up within 5 hours. But, I feel sleepy afterwards. Anything I can do to not feel sleepy afterwards?

Sleep slightly earlier. Do light stretching exercise when you wake up. Have a healthy breakfast
