Sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind because of all the things I have to do..what can I do to prevent this feeling?
I work 3-4 days a week and that's not bad at all. Sometimes my home life drives me crazy though. Like I'll want to rest but I can't because every time I turn around, there's another thing to do. I wish I could rest more. What can I do to prevent the feeling that I'm losing my mind?
