Liberals, should text messages and facebook posts lead someone to get charged for a shooting that was done in self defense?
There is video of the shooting that shows it was done in self defense.
Just because someone posts something doesn't mean they did it. When the case in question has evidence showing what happened the posts don't even matter. Do you have anything else, ennui?
There is nothing about the case that speaks towards law and order. In order for the posts to be relevant you have to show they were acted upon. The video evidence does not suggest he acted on anything he posted online, so they are by all accounts not of any value to the case.
And I'm not going to stop talking about it until the corrupt democrat DA is removed and banned from ever practicing law again.

No, all evidence that shows or implies whether or not an attack was actually self defense or not should be ignored if the perpetrator is a conservative. Everybody knows that.

No idea which case you are talking about, and I'm not a liberal. But your question is very simple. Anything that convinces the DA that they have a good case can cause charges to be filed. That includes anything on social media.

Jesusfeckingchrist. Give it up. The man is DEAD. And, yes, if someone posts crap on Fapbook about committing crimes, or being violent, it should be admissible evidence for an indictment. Don't like it? DON'T post the shlt!!!!! Furthermore, don't EVEN pretend that you assshats are all about "law and order". You aren't.
