Is this sentence correct ?

We just have had a power outage in our area which resulted in disconnecting the call.

    It might be correct in the USA.  In Britain  we say 'power cut'.

    the power outage could cause the disconnection, but it doesn't result in disconnecting the call.  It could result in a disconnected call, though. The call was disconnected when there was a power outage. The disconnection is not truly done by the outage.  It is a consequence of the outage, but not what the outage does directly.  The outage affected other parts of the phone system and the failure of the phone system caused the call to disconnect.
