Most people use the term earbuds or headphones now, but earphones can still be used to describe both. In your sentence, it sounds like more than one earphone slipped out of one ear.

The headphones slipped off my ears.

The earphones slipped off my ears.

The earbud slipped out of my ear.

The earbuds slipped out of my ears.

The earphone slipped out of my ear.

The earphones slipped out of my ears.

"...out of my ears."  That assumes that they were 'earbuds'.

If a headset then: "The headphones slipped off my ears."  Or possibly: "...slipped off my head."

Mostly, with one small adjustment. Can you determine the correction?
