Their is no such company.  If there were, it would be the only company in existence.

Simply shop, shop and shop some more then choose the best quote for you and your particular circumstances

Its not once size fits all. You have to call & compare.

It is different for each driver.  None of them is cheapest for everyone.  Any of them could be cheapest for you.  If someone says that one of them is cheapest, that means it is cheapest for someone who is not you, so it is probably not the cheapest for you.  The only way to know which one is cheapest for you is to ask each of them what its price would be for you, because it is different for each driver.

There's no such thing as cheapest across the board in a particular state. You need to get quotes from at least half a dozen, if not more, because they base their rates on about two dozen factors that are specific to YOU. Among other things that go into calculating rates are level of coverage, amount of the deductible, the make, model and year of car, your age and gender, how long you've been driving and your record, your education level, your credit rating, your marital status, dependents, how much you drive, where and when you drive, where you work or go to school, what city or town and neighborhood you live in, where the vehicle is parked when not in use, and more. All that goes into calculating your risk level and no one else has exactly the same risk parameters as you. Understand now? So, go get quotes, lots of them, and then choose the one that suits your needs the best..
