Is it save to use bleach on waxed floors? It won't strip it or stain it?

Update:

Would the bleach still harm the waxed floor even though it's diluted with water? My boss spilled a very thick greasy liquid all over the floor. The cleaners were trying to use bleach but I stopped them so I could  check if it's safe to do so. Can you explain why it would be good or bad to use bleach? Thanks I appreciate this :)!!

Why does everyone want to use bleach on everything these days?

Greasy mess, use Dawn dish soap to get it up.

Bleach will only harm the floor and not do a job of getting the grease up

    Whoa, don't use bleach.

Bleach will strip the wax, melt any protective plastic-based layer, and very probably bleach the coloring pigments, ruining the floor where it's applied.

No.  Bleach is a corrosive.   Don't put it on waxed floors.
