house renovation advice?

i own an 150 year $200,000 old brick house and the problems are bad electrisaty the attic has no insalation and the floor boards are not in good condition it has a besement that is a summer kitchen 2 living floors and an attick it is emensly settled to should i sell it as is or shood i fix it it looks butiful and many would buy it if not fore the problems what should i do?

I would suggest you consult a real estate agent out its true value and also a contractor about the cost to make repairs. Only then can you make an informed decision about what to do.
