    Magnitude of the vector sum r

    = √[(cx + dx)² + (cy + dy)² + (cz + dz)²

    = √[(7.6 + 4.2)² + (-3.9 - 2.4)² + (-6.2 + 3.1)²]

    = √188.54

    ≈ 13.73
