    Bear in mind that ideas alone have no legal safeguards, although elements of an implementation may be protected, so contracts with members of the development team are essential.  As it is their creativity and skills, not yours, building a product, they can rightly expect remuneration proportion to its value, such as salaries upfront plus residuals based on net sales.

    Some portions are generally considered ineligible, such as artwork and basic coding (done at entry-level programming positions).
