Sure. Charge them both. By both, I mean both Boogaloo Boys.

In a fair world all these self appointed extremists would be treated the same.

Right wing violence is acceptable, even applauded because it's seen as normal or even moral. It upholds the status quo. Those protesting against the notion of what's always been are seen as a real threat. Because they are. Because when things change, those benefiting from the status quo have to share, have to accept those they find less than. Antifa is a political ideal, not an actual movement or an organization. Painting it as some far left dangerous killing force is par for the course here in America. This was also done to Martin Luther King, Jr. This was done to the suffragettes trying to get women the vote. It was done to those trying to start labor unions. Those attacking the power structures in America get labeled as the enemy. It happens over and over. They get labeled anti-American, anti-God. Some of you stupid shiits never catch on to this.

Sedition is defined as "conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch." I don't know much about the Boogaloos, or if they're doing that. Antifa certainly has been.
