What will you more likely die of, a disease or an accident?

I used to be so scared of flying an airplane because of my fear that it might result in a plane crash. But now with a pandemic, I just wanted to know what's more likely: to die of a plane crash or to die from COVID-19.

You are more likely to die from hypertension induced by needless speculation over various causes of death. Heart attacks are very painful, and strokes are quite debilitating.

    Statistics vary with age.

A young adult 20 - 30 is more likely to die of accident than disease.

Someone over 70 is more likely to die of disease than a cident.

At the moment, with so many flights cancelled and planes grounded due to Covid-19, you are more likely to be exposed to the pandemic than to fky so that is the bigger risk.

Last year 257 people died in plane crashes in the US.  That's significantly less than 200,000 covid deaths this year.
