Where should we set the boundaries between free speech and others’ rights?

Think of black lives matter and protests and taking away rights from people with businesses.

That boundary was set long ago...our rights end where another's begin. At present, Marxists are intentionally violating the boundary to make a political point.

Cant think of a single right taken away from business owners because of BLM.

It has to remain a fundamental right ,that people have the right to "protest" .

But if people abuse that privilege -- demonstrators become abusive , obstructive or violent and destructive , the law should act and the penalties should be harsh .
