Is the best way to achieve real unity to have two separate flags and anthems?

Update:

What about adding a Jewish-American anthem, Asian-American anthem, Slavic-American anthem, Gay American anthem, and so on. We will just keep unifying.

A great experiment would be to just allow all these campuses and such to segregate as they currently are then gauge public sentiment but how many people take them up on it. There'll always be some extremists and loud voices. But if offered a totally segregated US I have the feeling most POCs would reject that. They remember how hard people like MLK fought to make them part of the mainstream and wouldn't want to give that up.

You missed the point of why the USA exists in the first place and in complete ignorance WHY blood was spilled from the very beginning and from who this blood was spilled from. When you come to America, no matter where you came from and you become a American citizen you become AMERICAN and that's the extent of it. The ignorance of this is beaming brightly in your question. What you are implying is taking your US residency and citizenship for granted.

Instead of having one national anthem for all people each race should have their own anthem for the sake of unity.

I hear Iran will welcome your rainbow flag and this song as a National Anthem if you move there and promote it!
