Why were Uncle-Niece marriages made legal in Canada in 1990?  I mean, who advocated for the previous prohibition to be removed?  ?

Adoptive siblings are not "same blood line" and are prohibited from marrying.

Probably the same sort of people as the ones in California who are trying to say it's okay for a 24 year old to have sex with a 14 year old.

You have always been able to marry a non-blood "relative."  An uncle and niece are not necessarily the same blood line.

    Your research is fault.
