Can my Windows 7 Surface Pro handle Sims 3?

Hello there! I've done my own research on this and have figured that, yes, I can. However, I just want to get more information from people who have experience with playing the Sims 3 on this particular device. I just have a short list of questions that I would appreciate some insight on!

1. Do you think I should use a hard drive to put the games on? Because I would, of course, like expansion packs.

2. Has it made your Surface Pro any slower?

3. Have you had to adjust your graphics or rendering to speed things up?

4. Any notable things?

Thank you so much!
