Could a mom sending this to her baby’s dad make it so he can use this against her and get her kid taken away from her??

The mom has 100% full custody of the kid. The blocked out part is the kids name.

Could sending this to her baby’s dad make it so he can take legal action against her and get her kid taken away??????

Sure. A non-custodial parent can use anything against the other parent if they want to try to get custody.  Any text, phone message, email, etc.  Whether they would or whether it would be enough to sway a judge are different questions.

Not likely, but it does show immaturity, pretty clearly.

Can a mother her chances of legal and physical custody because she doesn't understand it's OUR child, not my child.

    - of course.
