Can we use have had together in a sentence for academic achievements like in the following sentence?

I have had my education from India.

    I presume it can be used.

    For instance,

    I have had many good books.

    The important matter is there is use of two verbs, the first one is auxiliary, put in front of the main verb to imply that the sentence is in present perfect tense.. Therefore, the principal verb appears in the past participle form (had).

    Sure, but it would sound better if you said I have received my education in India I think.
