Can you die from Covid-19 alone?
It seems like the deaths are from a combination of things.

Absolutely, everyone is vulnerable, and there are many walking around who don’t really know if they have conditions they aren’t aware of. Unfortunately one young man went to a “Covid19” party. Two days before he died he sadly said “I made a mistake.” Do you really want to risk your like to attend a party or a rally? Think about it . . .

A serious illness of any sort makes you more susceptible to death from any other problem which you might get. Bur certainly, as seen in reports on TV at the height of (the first wave of) the epidemic, people were dying simply from Covid-19.

The answer is a resounding yes, COVID-19 alone is all it takes.

Yes, you can die of Covid 19. I'm just not sure what Covid 19 alone means or I think this particular question is to be addressed by an expert.

The problem is in understanding what human life is about. If you get shot by a bullet, you do not die from the bullet technically. You die from blood loss depriving oxygen to the brain, or an organ damage causes it to shut down or stomach acid poisons your blood or possibly lead poisoning if it sits in there, or an infection by the open wound. And then they start arguing whether it is even the bullet or the gun or the person that shot you? Trump is trying to say the Chinese government to blame shift. And again in the George Floyd case is the same argument. Why not blame God while you are at it? That is why the European study was important. They looked at thousands of deaths and concluded a person that caught Covid-19 and died soon afterwards lost an average of 10 years of life from what they should have lived with the same conditions without Covid-19. The virus attacks organs. The organs shut down. Recently, a 2 month old baby died after catching Covid-19. 10% of Americans have undiagnosed illnesses. If a tobacco smoker gets Covid-19 and dies, do you want to blame the lung weakness or the virus? Do you blame obesity when a fat person dies a month after getting Covid? How about vitamin-D and zinc shortages? The virus attacks lungs and brain and arteries and heart and one of them stops working right and the brain doesn't get enough oxygen.
All death is combinations and chain of actions. One more-- A person slips on a banana peel and falls out an open window and crashes to the ground and dies from blood loss causing oxygen deficiency. Do you want to say the banana farmer in Honduras caused the death? So, the virus was the cause even if other things occurred because without the virus, the person would still be alive. Now, any issue with it?
