Installing quarter round molding?

We don't have access to a brad nailer.

Tiny nails or caulking or ? to install 1/4 round. Thanks.

Use both: caulking and a very few nails to hold it in place while it sets up. This may not be relevant, but if you are doing this around the perimeter of a room with eg a laminate floor, only attach to the wall so that the flooring  can move freely.

thats our quadrant ..plenty of adhesives out there to fix them without nail holes to fill

I would pre-drill holes and use 1" or 1-1/4" finishing nails driven by a hammer. You can then countersink the heads and fill the holes.
