What material could I use as insulator in making a cable snake (65 foot run), including HDMI, 3.5mm audio, RCA video, ethernet, etc?

You don't need to be concerned about insulation if you use standard cables.

One thing you need to know is that HDMI doesn't work well past 35 feet or so

without using either a particularly good cable and/or a booster.

Some long HDMI cables include a booster; otherwise they are available separately.

All of the other cables you list will work up to hundreds of feet with no help.
