Do our minds see stuff in color?

Are fruits/vegs colorless and our minds see them in color?

    Yes.  For example redcurrants and blackcurrants are the same fruit.  You only see them differently when the labels are on the boxes.   If you take the labels off they both look the same.

    Actually no, we see the world as it is, so to speak. I can't point you to links, but some years back I heard of the question, "People are colorblind, how do we know that EVERYBODY doesn't see things differently and we all just call "our" color green, green?"

    So people figured out ways, and did studies, and found that almost everybody sees color the same way, there are just a few who are different. And along with that is that apples really ARE red.
