Halloween is a ghastly american thing that was not celebrated in Britain in the 80s. Eggs were sold at Easter.

I have heard they were. Think that should make a comeback.

In Canada, Cadbury products are available year round.  I am not sure about creme eggs, but, I have bought them at times nowhere near Halloween.

In the UK in the 1980s, Cadbury made Creme Eggs available year-round. They didn't sell well so they went back to the traditional New Years Day to Easter day formula.

No.  That is a recent thing.  Peeps and Cadbury Creme eggs were strictly for Easter.
