Can I use my own packaging for flat rate shipping USPS?

    Yes. but any barcodes on the packaging need to be obliterated.

    If you want to take advantage of the flat rate fee, you must use the Flat Rate packaging provided by the USPS.  If you use you own packaging, you postage will be based on the weight of the item.

    You can use your own box but you'll have to weigh it and pay by the weight. So if you're shipping something heavy I recommend using the flat rate boxes provided to save some $.
