Whats wrong with our internet ?
Everyday around 2 the internet goes out for 4 or 5 hours. Last night it went out at 2 came back on by 6 tonight its probably gonna be out from 2 to 7 because its 10 after 6 it's not back on yet. Resetting the router and unplugging and plugging the router back in don't help. We got Viasat internet but it's a Netgear router. It just recently started this. What's going on ? Why is 2 the time for the internet to go off ? Anybody with Viasat have this problem ?

Everybody is in quarantine. They have nothing to do but use the internet. Since everyone is using the internet, there aren't that much people working at power plants.

sounds like the lease time has been preset there are numerous settings on a router to block internet access including hidden parental controls

While I don't have Viasat, there could be a multitude of problems as to why it keeps going out at 2. Is that 2am or 2pm? So to begin, you mentioned a router. But you should have a modem as well. Have you reset the modem? Resetting the router only won't actually do anything as the modem has to have internet connection in order for the router to "route" the connection for wherever you need it to go.
Basically, unplug both modem and router. Wait 2 minutes. Plug in modem first. Wait for modem to have internet, anywhere from 7 to 10 minute wait just to be sure. Then plug in router.
Satellite internet doesn't like bad weather. Heavy cloud coverage could be an issue.
Do you get power surges regularly where you live? Like the power suddenly goes out then comes back on for no reason? If so, make sure your modem and router are plugged into a surge protector, or even better, a UPS. (uninterruptible power supply) or what's known as a battery back-up. I lost a brand new modem and brand new router in 3 months time due to power surges and not having a UPS or surge protector.
With a UPS, if the power goes out you could have internet for the next hour, as long as the internet service itself hasn't gone out.
Does Viasat have a contract you agree to and in the contract there's mention of the service shutting down from X time to X time?
Give Viasat customer service a call and talk with them about the problem, and hope they can help you with a solution.

Check your router for water damage, Sherlock. It needs to be nice and dry. If you got it wet, replace it.
