Why don't people muzzle their kids home schooling while they are taking meetings from work at home?

I don't want to hear some little twit whining about composite numbers while I'm working!

Fire the parent.   This is in the interests of the CHILD.  If there is a conflict between the attention given to the education and nurture of the child and the commitment required by the job, the child must take precedence.

I don't want to hear some angry corporate guy whining about capitalism while I'm studying!
