Anglo Saxon language is called Old English and there’s plenty of books about it. Try Beowulf!!

I haven't looked at any recent stuff, but Sweet's Anglo Saxon Reader and Primer give you a good grounding in Grammar and Pronunciation.

Also Introduction to old English by Peter Baker is quite useful.

You should be able to find them on Ebay or Abe Books.
