Does Russia really have the COVID-19 vaccine?

That's what Putin says that Russia is the first country that has the vaccine and he tested it on his daughter. Does Putin really have the vaccine that works? Or is he lying through the top of his teeth?.

--  Russia claim to have a viable vaccine, but it has not gone through stage-3 trials before being given to patients, including one of Putin's daughters.  There may be side-affects to it later.

They probably do....as I suspect many other countries probably do. Having a vaccine and having a vaccine with few side effects are two different things

Russia & China have slightly different version of the same vaccine.  They are adenovirus vector vaccines.

Russia says they have a vaccine.  That does not make it true.

Here's the thing, vaccines that we already have had billions paid out to injured kids. They kill people. Doctors are told it's one in a million who has severe side effects, but the way I see it, they covered up the fact it caused more than that, and probably the 3% of kids who have "autism" today or special needs, because they got a brain injury from an adverse reaction to vaccines. Nothing else could have caused the sharp increase from nothing in those kids. Russia is the country that has krocodil instead of heroin, which turns your skin into the consistency of a lizard, and then your limbs fall off.

Putin is only a bit less of a clown than Trump. Both of them love the poorly educated, because they're so easy to lead around.
