unemployment weekly payment being processed?

Question

so I applied for unemployment, i've been collecting for a few weeks now, usually I file the weekly claim Sunday and money is on my card Wednesday but this time no money, it just says payment being processed, does anyone know what this means?

When I was last on the Dole, it was a MONTHLY payment, direct deposited into my Account Card or Bank.
