How does the main theory of Synoptic relations fit with The story of John the Baptist in the Synoptic Gospels?
Read the story of John the Baptist in the Synoptic Gospels: Mark 1:1–8, Matthew 3:1-12 and Luke 3:2b–17. How does the main theory of Synoptic relations (the four-source theory) fit with this passage?

I enjoy listening to Christians who claim that the similarities between the gospels points to their veracity.
I also enjoy listening to Christians who claim that the differences between the gospels points to their veracity.

Getting technical are we....it is said Matthew, Mark and Luke or call the Synoptic Gospels for having similarities in message path and writing style but not John's gospel....and as for trying to nick pick John the Baptize and the baptizing of Jesus won't change the message of you must be Born Again.....for Jesus told us many will say he is Lord but unless your name is written in the Book of Life you shall not enter in......wake up and be Baptize of lets say raised from the dead in his name for it will get your name written in there in less than a heart beat....
