Rate of change homework problem?

Determine where the slope of some tangent line and the slope of the secant line that passes through A (2, -4) and B (3, 0) are equal on the graph of f(x)=x^3-3x^2.

I'm pretty confused about this and I tried looking at examples on youtube and in my textbook. Can someone please help me out? :)

    I gather that you want to know where on the graph  a tangent line has slope equal to that of a given secant line.... ; ie ; where on the curve do we get a derivative value of { 4 }...y ' = 3 x² - 6x ....3x² - 6x - 4 = 0 = 3 ( x -1)² - 7====> x = 1 ± √( 7 / 3 )
